1993
Faubourg du Ruisseau
Betaplex’s first major housing project. We built nearly 100 homes in Sainte-Dorothée, Laval.
1994
Le Mont-Laval
Following the success of our first project in Sainte-Dorothée, we continued with another 60 homes aimed towards young families and first home buyers. Again in Sainte-Dorothée, the site was on a closed ski center.
1996
Les Jardins Sainte-Rose
We developed, built, and sold 100 detached homes in Sainte-Rose, Laval. Located near a train station, schools, and shopping centers, this project again targeted young families.
1997
Les Tourelles Lachapelle
Our first condominium development project. It totalled 30 units over 2 buildings in Cartierville, Montreal.
1997
La Seigneurie de Fabreville
Construction of 45 detached homes in Sainte-Rose, Laval. The project aimed at second time home buyers and families looking for intergenerational homes.
1998
Faubourg de Sainte-Dorothée
A three phase project where we developed and built 175 single family homes. Located in Sainte-Dorothée Laval, close to shopping mega-centers and highways.

Les Croissants Champfleury
Located in the esteemed area of Champfleury in Laval, we developed and built 100 high-end homes. This project solidified Betaplex’s presence and developments in the Sainte-Rose area to the present day.
2000
Les Croissants d’Auteuil
Located in Auteuil, Laval, with schools and daycares nearby, we built 40 semi-detached homes serving the needs of young families.
2003
L’Harmonie
Found in Saint-François, on the east side of Laval, we built 60 affordable homes for first time buyers.

Sentiers du Ruisseau
We developed and built over 200 single-family homes over three phases in Sainte-Dorothée, Laval.
2003
La Seigneurie & Le St-Malo
We built 30 luxury homes within these two projects in Sainte-Dorothée, Laval. These homes were fully designed and customized to the clients’ specific needs.
2004
Paradis du Bord de l’Eau
Located in Sainte-Dorothée, Laval, we developed the first and only gated community in the greater Montreal area to this day. This community is home to 12 highly luxurious residences.
2006
Domaine du Golf
Development of 300 units of condominiums and rental units. Located in Fabreville, Laval, neighboring the UFO golf course, this project was the first to incorporate a multi-use facility and a pool accessible to all residents.
2006
Nouveau Champfleury I
The first phase of a multi-year residential project started. Located in Sainte-Rose, Laval, this phase counted 60 single-family homes and 12 triplex blocks that were built and sold to investors.
2008
Boisé de la Source
Located in Fabreville, Laval, over 100 single-family homes were built, which included detached houses, semi-detached houses and townhouses.
2008
Sanctuaire du Cheval Blanc
Developed and built over 150 homes. The most recent phase was completed in 2013. We are currently working on the last phase to be launched in 2025!
2010
Condos les Jardins Champagne
Located in Sainte-Dorothée, Laval, following the purchase of the property, we developed it into a condominium and rental unit complex where over 500 residents have access to a pool, gym and multi-use complex. Upon completion, the project was sold in 2021 to a group of investors.
2010
Pasteur College
Through public tender, we were contracted to handle the design and construction of a new wing of Pasteur College, a highschool located in Cartierville, Montreal. The new wing notably included a multifunctional basketball court, bleachers, a library and classes. We also modernized their recess grounds.
2010 - 2020
Nouveau Champfleury II, III, IV
Development and construction of 1 million square feet of land. In total these three phases comprise nearly 350 dwellings. Detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhouses and triplexes were built. Also found in this project is the largest permanent water retention pond using mechanical and biological water filtration, the first of its kind in the province of Quebec. This pond will allow the development of our future phases.

Turnkey build-out of an optometry clinic and eyewear store in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal.

2018 - 2024
To be announced
Purchase of 3 million square feet in a highly coveted area in Laval. The project, once approved, will be home to over 1300 residential units.
2024
Nouveau Champfleury V
Infrastructure work will begin in the fall of 2024. This phase comprises 254 rental units.
