Breaking ground in fall 2024, Nouveau Champfleury's fifth phase will showcase 250+ rental apartments across 8 buildings, along with 10 triplex units and additional houses. Adjacent to an elementary school, the project will boast bike paths and a park for residents' enjoyment.

Integrated Development: Planning and Designing Nouveau Champfleury V and City Infrastructure
Our comprehensive scope of work for Nouveau Champfleury V encompassed not only planning and designing the infrastructure for our project, but also modernizing municipal infrastructure for the city of Laval. We seamlessly integrated the building design of our client builder with our own constructions. Obtaining approvals for infrastructure installation from various governmental entities was a crucial part of our process. Additionally, we meticulously planned and designed the landscape architecture of the project, incorporating city requirements, client needs, and our own vision. The integration of parks and bike paths further enhanced the project's appeal and functionality. Once fully built, the project’s value will be over $75,000,000.
