The real estate housing project, initiated in 2008, encompasses four phases, totaling nearly 400 homes. With schools in and around the project, this location is perfect for families. The last two phases feature a unique retention pond that employs both organic and mechanical water filtration. This innovative pond will ensure sustainable development for future projects, securing our growth for years ahead.

Our mandate for all four phases of the Nouveau Champfleury project was comprehensive and multifaceted. We meticulously planned the project layout, obtained zoning and infrastructure approvals from various governmental entities, and successfully implemented the necessary infrastructure. Additionally, we strategically planned for future projects of Betaplex, ensuring seamless integration. In the last two phases, we collaborated closely with builder clients, seamlessly incorporating their unique home designs into the project. The project as a whole offered a diverse range of housing options, including detached homes, townhouses, semi-detached homes, and triplex units.
