Nazir Aridi, a civil engineering graduate from Polytechnique Montreal founded Betaplex in 1988. His passion for construction and project management quickly rose to prominence in the industry. From his humble beginnings to becoming a major player in the real estate development game, he continues to push boundaries and shape the future of urban landscapes.

From its inception, Betaplex became aware of the changing needs of its clients and responded accordingly. Driven by this goal, we decided to take action! We developed projects with low-traffic areas for families with young children. We offered affordable prices for first-time buyers. We provided a greener environment and protected parks. General Manager
Dalida Aridi, the General Manager of Betaplex, who has played a pivotal role in the company's growth alongside her husband, exemplifies the saying, "Behind every strong man is a strong woman." In addition to managing multiple departments, her essential contributions are most pronounced during the pre-construction phase of projects.
She oversees multiple departments, excelling in the pre-construction phase by developing and managing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and applying her analytical skills for project success and financial health.

Alain Aridi
Vice President - Development
Alain Aridi, joined the Betaplex team in his teenage years in the year 2000. Over nearly two decades, he has amassed extensive experience in the industry, encompassing roles from working on job sites to managing personnel and projects, securing land assets, forming a leasing team, preparing lease packages, and hiring architects and engineers. He plays a pivotal role in bringing multiple projects to fruition in the Greater Montreal area. His passion and leadership have propelled him to the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development.
Today, he supervises the planning, sustainable development, urban design, and all activities pertaining to land and building development for construction or rental. Renowned for his innovative urban development strategies, he proudly represents Betaplex before government authorities. His steadfast team spirit and solution-oriented approach make him an exceptional facilitator of ambitious partnerships and projects.

Jad Aridi
Vice President of Operations
Jad Aridi, VP of Operations, he commenced his tenure at Betaplex in 2013. Throughout the years, he has ascended from project manager to Vice President, and today he supervises planning, sustainable development, urban planning, and all activities pertaining to land and building development for construction purposes. In addition to overseeing the project management team, he is tasked with the creation and management of budgets to ensure projects align with expectations.
However, it is his recent endeavors on CPE Pirouette and La Maison d’Athéna that most vividly demonstrate his prowess. These projects underscore his proficiencies in an influential way, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to excellence in the realm of operations management.
