Do your prices include taxes and infrastructure?
All our listed prices are plus taxes but include riverside infrastructure costs at 100%. All our prices are subject to change without notice.
Do you list living space or gross living space?
Our houses living space exclude the basement and the garage. Our condos’ living space are gross. The gross area is calculated from the exterior walls, to the middle of the common walls (or « party » walls) and to the external walls of hallways and they included your balcony and/or terrace.
Do you have lands for sale?
If we have individual lots for sale, they will be listed in the lands section of our website.
I’ve got my plans and land, will you build my house?
Yes we would. Contact our sales department so we can assess your project.
What is the minimal down payment required to purchase a property?
The minimal required down payment is 5% of the purchase price including taxes.
